Dispute Framework Design

Litigation is expensive. Dispute infrastructure that prevents it is not.

Some of the most valuable legal work is never filed. We design dispute-resolution frameworks — arbitration clauses, intake pipelines, escalation ladders, and post-disposition policy changes — that materially reduce the volume and severity of litigation over time.

This is work shaped directly by building Trust & Safety at Lyft and running in-house litigation at Coinbase: the same operator playbook applied to an insurance carrier or in-house legal team's recurring dispute patterns. It's not consulting — it's legal drafting and implementation.

Clients typically engage on a scoped, flat-fee basis over 30–90 days, with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
