A litigator who's lived on the other side of the intake.

“I started this firm because insurance clients deserve outside counsel that think like operators, not just litigators.”
I earned my law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and trained in public-sector advocacy early on. But my approach was shaped outside of traditional law firm practice. I helped build the Trust & Safety function at Lyft, handling high-risk incidents and regulatory exposure in real time. I then served as an in-house litigator at Coinbase, where I helped design dispute resolution frameworks to reduce litigation risk at scale.
That background translates directly to how this firm operates. We are built for efficiency, predictability, and results. We focus on high-impact litigation work — early case evaluation and dispositive motions — where strategy and execution materially reduce exposure.
